Filippo De Nunzio is a vine grower and expert in technique and pruning that we met in his cellar during the rotation process of sparkling wine bottles.
Filippo from the age of ten assisted his parents in harvesting capers and tying grape cages, the boxes in which the bunches of grapes were placed.
He tells us in great detail the techniques of pruning and growing the alberello vine, the secrets of the grape harvest and Pantelleria family traditions.
